How far in advance should you enquire?

Ideally as soon as possible! As soon as we receive a confirmed booking this will be posted on our jobs board meaning it is available for our team to apply to.

We find that the longer a job is on our board, the more suitable applicants it receives. This gives us the ability to really cherry-pick the perfect individuals for each job!

However, we really pride ourselves in our management team’s ability to pull together a team of staff suitable for any event, on very short notice! Though we encourage clients to give a week or so notice (as this is when we find the process works best!) we will always go out of our way to help clients out last minute!

How many staff will you need?

This is entirely dependent on your event and requirements! Once you’ve submitted your enquiry through our website, our management team will be able to advise on the most suitable number of staff to fulfill your needs, if you’re unsure.

We can provide anything from one or two staff members to full teams, for any event requirement! Not sure? Just ask!

Isn’t it more expensive than hiring yourself?

This a common misconception clients often have prior to working with us!
